 NG24 4QN 252086 Having worked as a living carer for more than 8 years, it has allowed me to gain experience working with clients with very different needs.   I have experience working with clients that needed support with blindness, tetraplegia, cerebral pulse, Parkinson's, dementia early, and late stage, palliative care, accident rehabilitation, strokes, stoma care, peg feeding, cancer, wheelchair use, driving, vulnerable adults and other more general conditions where care was needed. What I like about working as a living carer is that I can provide a high quality of care for my client to live independently in their own home. I am an excellent driver and I hold a clean full UK driving licence. I am also a very good cook, I enjoy cooking. and I can prepare meals for more than one person at a time, if you are married, or if you would like to meet with friends or family.  Sometimes I have traveled abroad with my clients to go on holidays, visit their family, and once to go to a wedding. I also speak Spanish, Catalan, basic Italian, and basic Chinese Mandarin. I can provide company, and I am a good listener, time keeper, and organised and tidy. I like animals, and If you have pets, or other animals, I am happy to help in any way I can. I can work for a short length of time, and for longer periods, from 2 weeks to 3 months and then have a break for a week or two.
