I am flexible, reliable ,trustworthy, l have a wide knowledge in care especially supported living care, to support people in their homes, promoting their independent skills, following people's care plans, involving client giving them choices on how they want their service. respecting their choice and observing dignity. l have a Diploma in health and social care.
