My duties evolve around working according to agreed standards, policies and procedures. My main focus is to meet the individual needs and preferences of the people I support. My job includes providing compassionate support; home help; cooking and making healthy meals, prompting and medication administration; running personal errands; driving and chaperoning on holidays or social outings; companionship, and gardening. I have a passion in photography, cooking, playing chess, swimming, going on walks, hiking, and listening to music. My job that I did before I worked in an information technology (IT) company, it’s a completely different field and that involved solving computer related problems. I’ve experience supporting service users to go on city breaks and on holidays within UK and one holiday abroad, and that included preparing and planning holiday activities.
